CompTIA A+ 220-801 and 220-802 Authorized Exam Cram Free Download
As a long-time A+ Instructor (18+ years), the CompTIA A+ 220-801 and 220-802 Authorized Exam Cram series is one that I have recommended to every student I have ever had, regardless of the book(s) we used for our classes. For all my students, I can honestly say that this series is worth every penny. When I personally prepared for the A+ exams myself, I used this series exclusively and missed one question total (on both tests). I firmly believe in this series and what it can do for the student looking to pass the A+ exams.
This book is not just a fine example of a new edition with all the new content added in, it is a significant improvement. The book is written in a much clearer format than any of the previous editions; it is a readable document, not a technical manual.
The questions and answer format follows everything I have learned to expect from the series. The book provides, not just questions and answers, but the logic behind the right and wrong answers giving the student reading it solid information to add the their knowledge and experience.
For the student that has a solid foundation in the IT industry, this book should be all you need. For those that are new to the industry, this book is a solid supplement to whatever learning track you choose to take.
This series will have a place on my bookshelf for years to come.

I've been teaching A+ and other topics for 14 years and I've taken over 25 certification exams, so I know what good materials look like. The Exam Cram A+ for 801/802 is an outstanding resource, and if you have some computer background it may be the only resource you'll need to do very well on the exams.
I used this book as my primary resource (I passed the exams very comfortably) and found it to be the right amount of detail. Some books are way too detailed and you get lost in the forest of information. Others don't cover crucial topics. I think Mr. Prowse has found the right balance.
The sample test questions throughout the book and the two sample exams at the end are a great assessment tool and are similar in scope to the real exam questions. There is a very handy "cheat sheet" review card in the front of the book which is a great review tool after you have done your studying.
I will be recommending this resource wholeheartedly to my students by all means!
