I appreciated the sixth edition for teaching a master's course in psychopharmacology to clinical psychology trainees. It was concise but informative and well written. However, the 7th edition looks to be almost identical to the sixth and I see no reason why a new edition was needed.

I like the book, but I thought it would be much more comprehensive than the comparable paperback I have by the same authors. The paperback is entitled "Consumer's Guide To Psychiatric drugs" & I thought that book was similar. However, it is a good book to have as reference & extremely helpful for those not well versed in psychopharmacology.
