I ordered the Pathophysiology cost saving package, that was suppose to include the Textbook, access code and the user guide. It arrived with only the Textbook and the access code, so i called and told them that the package didn't have the user guide and they said they would send me another package, that pack also arrived and it still didn't have a user guide included in the unopened pack, same as before, so i called again and informed them that the second package also arrived without the user guide and they sent me a third package and it also arrived without the user guide at this point i called and told them that obviously the packages that you have don't have the user guides in them that you advertise that they do and that they charged me for. returned 2 of the packages, still waiting for a response to a refund for the user guide that they charged me for that i never received.
