I bought this for studying on the wards, but it is simply too complicated. You are much better off with Case Files Pediatrics, and also with the Appleton and Lange Review of Pediatrics.

I loved pretest books for preparing for shelf exams this one in particular, I took my time with it and went over it twice especially things I got wrong. It helped me get in a 91% on the shelf which I've never done before.
