I have been looking for a text like this for a long time. Three sections comprised of: 1/Diagnostic imaging 2/Lab values and interpretations of results 3/Disease and disorders algorithms
Not only does it have up-to-date, detailed, comprehensive imaging recommendations but it also explains newer technology. The algorithms for diseases and disorders are some of the best I have seen. They include recommended diagnostic imaging and lab evaluations that a lot of texts leave out.

The book looked like it had good information in it, but the index didn't tell what page anything was on, just had "p" at the end of each item and there was no link from the indexed item to its location in the book.
