Multimedia BASICS Free Download
This is a great book if you are looking for a single text that includes information about several multimedia applications. However, the book needs an update as there are newer versions of the products. Please give us an update, Suzanne.
The book includes units on graphics (Fireworks 8, Photoshop CS2), animation and video (Flash 8, Adobe Premiere Pro 2, Premiere Elements 2), presentation systems (PowerPoint 2003), desktop publishing (Publisher 2003, InDesign CS2), and website development (Dreamweaver 8).
The book contains step-by-step exercises and an accompanying CD with data files. If you get a used book without the CD, you can still access the data files on the publisher's internet site. There are also end of chapter projects and review quesions.
The book is organized well. There are sidebar items throughout the text that are good generic tips for those learning to use multimedia applications.

Recommend you look for your college class books here first! Rentals, Used, and New are available as well as some e-book versions! Using the title, author, and ISBN number provided by the Junior College, I was able to save well over $100 for 2 books the school bookstore was out of. I will check here first for all books in the future.
