This book bridges theory and application of DSP using a step-by-step transition approach. It builds a practical framework that reinforces basic DSP theory using demonstrations, exercises, and projects, exploring MATLAB and real-time DSP hardware. The authors provide downloadable access to source code, example files, test signals, and executable programs required for presented examples, exercises, and projects. The book also offers solutions and challenges throughout.Download latest books on mediafire and other links compilation Real-Time Digital Signal Processing from MATLAB? to C with the TMS320C6x DSPs, Second Edition Free Download

I've taught with their first book for 4 years now. Great stuff. This book is a perfect blend of theory and a top-down learning method for each of the topics. Gives a great basis for hands-on programming for DSPs and introduces a very nice (free) teaching tool, WinDSK.

I really had mixed feelings about this book, in a way the theory isn't covered in a way to understand it if you are new to DSP, and the authors acknowledged that.
and on the other, the practice is not really like what they said as a step by step approach, i couldn't see that any where in the book.
the focus of the book is on real time processing, which requires buying an interface daughter board to plug on C6713, so the WinDSK program can directly access the memory via RS232 and bypass the slow Jtag usb, this board i found it online for $92, might be not really much, but i didn't like that as this costs 25% of cost of
the OMAP-L138 experimenters board which has an RS232 built in already and also covered by the book.
so what's about the WinDSK program? i may be wrong on my opinion, but it would be similar to some body showing you Adobe photoshop as an example of digital image processing, would any body learn DIP like this? i don't think so.
the 3 stars is because i didn't open the CD included with book thinking that i would immidiately return the book.
this book isn't for me, and may interest others with stronger knowledge and have desire to learn real time processing.
