Case Files Psychiatry, Fourth Edition Free Download
I was amazed taking my shelf at how much the questions were like the case files questions. The practice questions really enable you to be able to distinguish between similar diagnoses. This was my main study tool but I also read through Blueprints. I found between the two, there were no real surprises on my exam. I also love the cart that is in the introduction with the drugs, their uses and side effects. I annotated the chart throughout my rotation and by the time I was done I felt that I had the psych drugs (which I hated during my first two years) mastered.

I read both Psychiatry First Aid for clerkships and case files. Gotta be honest...best read ever if you go through first aid first. Really helpful in acing the exam. Highly recommend this book. If you have time read it before the rotation it will help a lot.
