First Aid for the USMLE Step 1 2014 Free Download
Obviously this is a Step 1 essential, but with the 2014 version I was worried there would't be anything new enough to purchase it. There are however, more updates that I had anticipated. If you haven't started annotating for step 1 yet then I would defiantly recommend the new version.
